Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian for the Meadowbrook, PA healthcare team at Holy Redeemer Hospital Meadowbrook Campus. You will assess nutritional needs, implement interventions, and support residents’ quality of life, typically around 24 hours per week.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in nutrition, a Master’s in Nutrition or related field, CDR exam eligibility or passing, 75 hours CE every five years, and active licensure/certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition (prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passed a national examination administered by the CDR or eligibility.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified, per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments and care planning.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interact with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in development, review, and revision of quality improvement programs.
