Prime Healthcare is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide patient nutritional care at Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia. This role involves assessing patients' nutritional status, formulating care plans, and providing nutrition education to patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a CMS requirement of being a Registered Dietitian with at least one year of healthcare experience. This is a Per Diem position with shifts during the day.

Responsibilities

Provides appropriate patient nutritional care. Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness. Provides nutrition education to patients/families. Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.
