Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Dietetic Technician to support nutrition therapy across inpatient and ambulatory areas. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian to develop care plans and participate in nutrition screening and documentation.

The role requires a RD or registry eligibility with a six‑month timeline to become RD, and a minimum of two years in healthcare. This is an on‑site position at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience.
• Associate degree from a Dietetic Technician program is required.
• Current Registered Dietetic Technician is required or registry eligible; must become RD within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients and involved others as ordered.
• Assist in nutrition screening and care plan development with patients.
• Monitor, evaluate and document care in collaboration with the dietitian.
