Job summary

Froedtert Health in Milwaukee is seeking a Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy within the General Internal Medicine outpatient clinic. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and documenting nutrition plans for patients with diverse conditions in a hybrid work setting.

The position is 0.6 FTE (24 hours) with Shift 1, offering potential for promotion within the department, project-based development bonuses, and flexible start/end times to support work-life

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition from an ACEND accredited program.
• Completion of an ACEND approved internship or coordinated program is required.
• Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is required or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Provide medical nutrition therapy to individuals and groups for nutrition-related problems.
• Assess, plan, implement, monitor, evaluate, and document the nutrition plan of care.
• Adhere to clinic protocols and participate in quality improvement efforts.
