Job summary

Praxis is seeking a lead clinical development leader for our movement disorders portfolio, including essential tremor and prospective indications. You will own the clinical strategy, drive trial design, oversee execution, and interpret data while managing regulatory submissions.

A dynamic, small team requires strong judgment and cross-functional leadership across clinical operations, biostatistics, regulatory, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical strategy for movement disorders portfolio; including essential tremor and new indications.
• Lead trial design and execution; supervise data interpretation.
• Manage regulatory submissions and cross-functional teams (clinical operations, biostatistics, regulatory, safety).
• Represent Praxis with investigators, KOLs, and health authorities.
