Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Director, Field Medical – Movement Disorders to lead a field-based MSL team supporting Medical Affairs for ulixacaltimide in essential tremor.

You will build a high-performing team, coach field personnel, and directly engage with priority neuroscience stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Field Medical Affairs, this role requires strategic regional planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, RN, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated field-based Medical Affairs leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing MSL team with coaching through field visits and feedback.
• Maintain direct scientific relationships with neurology experts and stakeholders.
• Translate Medical Affairs strategy into focused field execution and planning for essential tremor.
• Drive scientific exchange on essential tremor, data, and treatment paradigms.
