Job summary

inomed Medizintechnik GmbH is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to support customers in the Eastern US, delivering clinical training and on-going technical assistance for IONM technologies.

The role combines clinical expertise with strong communication skills, requires CNIM or equivalent, 3–5 years in IONM, and frequent travel (50–75%). Remote work with periodic on-site support across the Eastern region; base salary with bonus and car allowance.

Qualifications

• CNIM certification or equivalent credential.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in intraoperative neuromonitoring.
• Strong knowledge of IONM modalities and case types.
• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% across the Eastern US.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for new customer accounts.
• Provide ongoing clinical and technical support for IONM systems.
• Partner with sales representatives to deliver clinical expertise during evaluations, trials, and meetings.
• Serve as SME in IONM modalities (SSEP, MEP, EMG, EEG).
• Support case coverage to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and refining clinical protocols, training materials and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical and clinical issues remotely and on-site.
• Maintain relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Stay current with advancements in IONM technologies and guidelines.
