Job summary

The Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation seeks a Clinical Supervisor for Behavioral Health in the Department of Tribal Health. The role oversees the Clinical department, including hiring, supervision, evaluations, and scheduling, and develops strategies for program growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities include clinical staff training, evidence-based practice implementation, and coordinating billing and service delivery with tribal and non-tribal programs.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work or closely related field.
• 3+ years experience as Clinical Director in a similar setting.
• 7+ years clinical experience working with children and families.
• Must possess or obtain Washington State license; driving ability required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the Clinical department including hiring, supervision, evaluations, and scheduling.
• Develop, plan, and implement strategies for program continuation and growth.
• Provide clinical training to staff and interns; ensure evidence-based practices.
• Maintain records for billable hours and ensure Level of Care compliance.
• Coordinate with Tribal and non-Tribal programs for coordinated services.
• Assist with 3rd party billing for mental health services.
