Talent Works is seeking a Psychiatric Medical Director to lead clinical services in Yakima and surrounding WA areas. The role provides supervision and medical direction within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.

The position emphasizes leadership, staff development, and collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer to deliver trauma-informed behavioral health and addiction recovery services across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree and be eligible for leadership of clinical staff.
• Experience in behavioral health leadership and program direction is required.
• Strong skills in supervision, training and quality oversight are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision and ongoing training to clinical staff.
• Lead and coach teams to maintain high-quality services per policy and guidelines.
• Oversee staffing, performance evaluations and corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in program development, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain liaison with medical communities and develop new mental health programs.
