Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a QC & Data Management Lead for a remote US-based role. The position requires implementing Flourish SOPs, GCP, and sponsor guidelines to ensure high-quality data entry and query resolution.

The role involves leading and mentoring the QC Data Entry team, collaborating with CRAs and CRCs during internal monitoring visits, and ensuring timely data clean-up and accuracy across study data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or commensurate experience) required.
• Minimum of 2 years in the department plus 2 years in related role within clinical research.
• Industry certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Review study charts per Flourish SOPs and sponsor protocols.
• Enter data into eCRF/CRF per sponsor guidelines in a timely manner.
• Identify missing data and report discrepancies to CRC.
• Source document creation/approval.
• Resolve data discrepancies with CRAs/CRC promptly.
• Oversee QC Data Entry team and train new staff.
