Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy seeks a Clinical Data Pharmacist to develop and manage data specs in new product launches. You will work across internal teams and external partners to deliver clinical data insights and dashboards that support patient outcomes in rare diseases.

The role blends clinical pharmacy with data analytics and informatics, requiring collaboration with manufacturing and RxARECARE teams. Hybrid work at our Robinson Twp, PA headquarters with occasional in-office days.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited institution.
• Licensed or eligible for pharmacy licensure in Pennsylvania.
• 3 years as a practicing, licensed pharmacist.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Leads data integration discussions with manufacturer partners and PANTHERx teams.
• Leads clinical recommendations for data files in launch programs.
• Collaborates with clinical team to enhance patient journey visuals.
• Coordinates with data team to plan and prioritize launch timelines.
• Supports dashboard enhancements for manufacturer patient portal.
• Manages internal data reports during product launch and post-launch phases.
• Supports RxARECARE programs to drive patient outcomes.
