PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Clinical Patient Engagement Manager (33080) to lead clinical content and programs across RxARECARE. The role focuses on driving adherence and outcomes for rare diseases, including training pharmacists to serve as rare disease experts in patient interactions.

The position offers hybrid work options, exposure to clinical program development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance patient care and program impact.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the United States.
• 3+ years as licensed pharmacist or completion of PGY-1/PGY-2/fellowship.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Capable of understanding and extrapolating information from primary literature.
• Highest level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee existing RxARECARE clinical programs to drive patient outcomes.
• Lead design and development of new clinical programs with project plans.
• Conduct monthly call quality reviews and provide feedback to pharmacists.
• Create and maintain competency assessments and targeted remedial training.
• Precept students and interns and participate in clinical oversight.
