The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. (MCW) is seeking a Data Operations professional to ensure high-quality clinical data for regulatory submissions, safety monitoring, and publications.

You will liaise with network centers to ensure accurate and timely data submission to CIBMTR. You will support data management, training, and study timelines, perform data validation and analysis, and prepare data for deliverables while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical data management or related research data operations.
• Ability to validate datasets and perform data quality checks.
• Strong communication and collaboration with study teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist development and collection of study data through databases and forms.
• Validate new datasets with oversight and perform high-quality analysis.
• Generate queries to centers, resolve data issues, and ensure data quality.
• Prepare analyzed data for deliverables and report progress to stakeholders.
• Communicate with peers, study teams, and management to support studies.
