Job summary

SQRL seeks a Data Operations Manager to lead a team of 5–10 handling clinical trial data across EDC platforms and CDMS. You will supervise data-entry activities, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet study timelines.

You will partner with CRCs, clinical leadership, sponsors and CRAs, ensuring data accuracy, rapid query resolution, and adherence to GCP/HIPAA and study requirements in a fast-growing site network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical data management with supervisory experience.
• Experience with EDC platforms and EMRs.
• Knowledge of GCP, HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–10 in clinical data entry and related activities.
• Oversee data entry into CRFs, EDC platforms, and CDMS.
• Manage data discrepancies, missing information, and queries.
• Partner with CRCs, clinical leaders, sponsors, and CRAs to support timelines.
• Develop and improve workflows, QA processes, training, policies.
• Track staffing, productivity, quality, and report to leadership.
