Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and implementation of clinical data collection processes
• Perform data entry and verify data accuracy
• Run quality checks and audits on clinical data
• Maintain clinical databases with security and confidentiality
• Prepare data analyses and generate reports
• Organize and maintain physical files and supporting documentation
• Respond to queries and escalate complex issues to management
• Document solutions and create reports to identify trends and improvements
• Assist in providing ongoing user support through established clinical protocols
