Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is a national network of clinical sites seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to support multiple studies. You will enter visit data into EDC systems, review medical records, and ensure accuracy and timely entry in line with protocol requirements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year clinical data entry experience, strong typing (40+ wpm), excellent organization and communication, and the ability to handle confidential information under HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent + 1 year clinical data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, email, and web apps; 40+ wpm typing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with colleagues.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient data into EDC and other software.
• Review patient charts to ensure data accuracy per protocol.
• Report irregularities or problems to the study team.
• Support other clinical research-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, ICF, and GCP/GDP guidelines.
