Job summary

Quotient Sciences in Miami seeks a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support clinical studies. You will perform source document retrieval, data entry into client databases, and QC of CRF entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires adherence to GCP guidelines, strong communication with the PM and clinic teams, and meticulous filing of study documents. Candidates should have data entry experience and proficiency with Word, Excel, and the Office suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with data entry and QC review of source documents is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves source documents and prepares study binders.
• Performs data entry into client databases per eCRF guidelines and timelines.
• QC all source documents, paper and electronic, for accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with clinical staff for corrections.
• Enter and QC adverse events and concomitant medications in the system.
• Maintain filing of study-related documents and archiving per SOPs.
• Provide daily status updates to supervisor and track entry/QC in the tracker.
