Responsibilities

• Prepares study binders for source document storage.
• Supports and performs QC of all source documents, paper and electronic.
• Enters subject data into client databases per guidelines and timelines.
• Resolves queries and communicates with project management as needed.
• Tracks laboratory results and conducts timely lab data QA.
• Archives completed study documents per SOPs.
