Job summary

QPS Missouri is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support the Data Entry Department. The role focuses on maintaining study documents and timely reporting of clinical data to clients and regulators, while meeting contractual timelines.

The position requires strong time management, accuracy, and teamwork, with responsibilities including data entry, QC, and coordinating with staff and clients on data requests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with data management and Microsoft Office desired (at least 6 months).
• Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Duties may include more than listed and change without prior notice. Physical requirements may include bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of SOPs, study protocols and data entry guidelines.
• Perform tasks within contractual timelines according to SOPs and protocols.
• Compile and interpret data from trials to accurately transcribe into CRFs.
• 100% review of source documents and CRFs to identify data issues and ensure quality.
• Customer service including communication with staff and clients for requests.
• Audit source document folders after trial completion to ensure completeness.
• Source document organization, management and filing.
