Job summary

Illingworth Research Group is seeking a data entry professional to perform accurate and timely data tracking, entry, verification, and QC checks of the PreRISK database, following the Data Entry Instruction Manual and team directions. You will correct data as requested, identify system issues, handle information confidentially, and assist with surveillance and maintenance of the PreRISK library.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and quality checks in a regulated environment.
• Ability to track and verify data accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to identify and route data/system issues for resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data tracking, entry, verification, and QC checks of the PreRISK database as governed by manuals and team communications.
• Make corrections to the database as requested by the Data Curation Lead.
• Identify system and data issues and route them appropriately.
• Handle information confidentially.
• Assist with routine data surveillance and maintenance of the PreRISK library.
• Participate in developing strategies for PreRisk system improvements, focusing on design, metrics, analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain and update the Data Entry Instruction Manual.
