Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Research Assistant to support clinical research studies under the supervision of a principal investigator. This role involves hands‑on clinical procedures, community outreach, and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

The RA will perform EDC data entry, manage regulatory binders, schedule subject visits, coordinate lab procedures, and assist with screening, recruitment, and informed consent, all while upholding GCP and sponsor requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical research environment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of clinical trials, GCP, and protocol-specific procedures.
• Proficiency with EDC systems, data entry accuracy, and query management.
• Experience with visit scheduling, regulatory documentation, and binder maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate EDC data entry and resolve queries promptly.
• Maintain regulatory binder in compliance with audits.
• Coordinate and schedule subject visits and follow-ups.
• Foster relationships with investigators and clinical staff.
• Support subject screening, recruitment, and enrollment.
• Assist with scheduling and collection of medical history.
• Coordinate lab procedures and follow-up care per protocol.
• Ensure adherence to IRB-approved protocols and informed consent.
• Uphold participant safety and report concerns per SOPs.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and GCP standards.
