Qualifications

• High School Diploma with medical terminology or clinical experience preferred.
• Prior data entry, Excel, Outlook mail/calendar and Adobe Acrobat Pro experience preferred.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; high attention to detail and have demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Previous research experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study details and documentation concerning protocols, scheduling, chart work, data collection, data entry and data management.
• Provide data management support for clinical trials and lead/assist data team roles.
• Manage study database as directed and create source documents.
• Redact protected patient information under HIPAA and send queries to sponsors or CRO personnel.
• Schedule clinical research monitor visits and maintain the monitor visit calendar.
