UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Data Analyst – Transplant Administration to perform complex data analysis, develop dashboards, and support executive decision-making. The role requires building data products from multiple systems and presenting insights for clinical and operational teams.

The position emphasizes data quality, requirements gathering with leadership, and timely delivery of reports for committees, with a focus on customer service and continuous improvement

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Healthcare, Business and Administration preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in data analysis and decision support; 1 year healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing clinical and administrative requests.
• Capable of building data dashboards from multiple systems/sources.
• Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.
• Use database applications and analytical tools, evaluate data quality, applications, and functions.
• Research new data sources and analytical tools; contribute to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation.
• Provide a high level of customer service while meeting project and presentation deadlines.
• Manage standing reports to specification and timelines including department P&L, OR Metrics, Service Line and programmatic scorecards/dashboards.
• Deliver data products in report/presentation format, or verbally, to AVP in a detailed oriented and timely manner.
• Communicate results effectively to customers and team members; identify and engage in solving system/process problems.
