Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; licensure in progress.
• Master's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Addiction Studies, counseling or related field.

Responsibilities

• Engages in 22-25 client-facing hours per week (10-15 hours if part-time).
• Conducts Biopsychosocial Assessments using DSM-5 criteria and documents data for diagnosis.
• Creates individualized treatment and continuing care plans with multidisciplinary input.
• Conducts individual and group counseling using CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and 12-step principles.
• Maintains high-quality documentation and timely submissions.
• Communicates with family members throughout treatment and manages case load as needed.
