Job summary

Crossroads Turning Points in Colorado is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician I–IV to provide counseling to individuals using a mix of therapeutic and recreational approaches. The role requires completing assessments, documenting promptly, and coordinating with community resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BA with CAS certification.
• Master's degree in sociology or related field; CAS within 18 months.
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health; trauma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and determine level of care.
• Provide group, family, and individual counseling sessions.
• Complete documentation following clinical procedures promptly.
• Coordinate referrals to community services and travel to outlying sites as needed.
• Report patient progress to supervisor.
