The Crisis Center of Comal County in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to lead clinical services and supervise licensed clinicians. This role combines clinical expertise with staff development to help survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, homelessness, and related crises.

Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, you'll oversee day‑to‑day coordination, provide expert consultation, support ethical practice, and ensure adherence to standards while

Competenze

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Current, unrestricted Texas licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• 3–5 years of clinical leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience with trauma survivors (domestic violence, sexual assault) and crisis populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and ethical clinical practice.
• Experience with grant-funded programs, contract compliance, and outcomes reporting.

• Provide day-to-day clinical coordination and supervision of licensed clinicians and interns.
• Mentor and develop clinicians and interns through onboarding and continuing education.
• Maintain direct client care involvement and consult on complex cases.
• Guide assessments, treatment planning, safety planning, and documentation.
