Clark Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator (RN) for our Advanced Care Unit. This full-time night position offers a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Position Summary

• Coordinate staff scheduling, education, and performance evaluations
• Resolve issues affecting clinical services
• Perform quality assurance and support QA/QI initiatives
• Serve as a resource on patient care, flow, standards, policies, and procedures
• Ensure departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and Joint Commission standards
• Handle on-call responsibilities as scheduled, with call split among coordinators

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• KY RN licensure or compact license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (within 7 days of hire)
• Handle with Care certification within 30 days
• National certification in specialty area preferred or within 2 years
