Clark Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator (RN) for our Advanced Care Unit. This is a full-time night position offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

We are a community hospital with 79 beds, equipped with modern technology and expanded services including Diagnostic Services, Emergency Services, Labor and Delivery Suites, and a skilled nursing facility. Our campus also hosts a Medical Plaza with various clinics and specialty services.

Position Summary

• Coordinate staff scheduling, education, and performance evaluations
• Resolve issues affecting clinical services
• Perform QA studies and support quality improvement initiatives
• Serve as a resource on patient care, flow, and standards
• Monitor compliance with accreditation, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in on-call duties as scheduled

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s preferred
• KY RN licensure or compact license (required)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (within 7 days of hire)
• Handle with Care certification (within 30 days of hire)
• National Certification in specialty area (preferred or within 2 years)
