Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field; Medical Assisting preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical medical assistant experience.
• Supervisory experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience with EHRs and office software expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assess Medical Assistants and clinical staff.
• Schedule staff and manage attendance and training.
• Support efficient clinic operations and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate patient encounters and pre-visit planning.
• Assist Nurse Manager with education tracking and staff feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
