Job summary

Wood River Health is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support to clinical staff in Hope Valley, RI. The role emphasizes EMR workflows, system maintenance, and user training to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT education.
At least 1 year EMR system experience preferred.
3 years computer networks and systems maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for staff with computer, network and phone issues.
Train staff and develop onboarding curriculum and schedules.
Assist with EMR, PM/EHR, and Office 365 applications and workflows.
Open and manage support tickets with vendors; coordinate with IT vendors.
Support hardware/software installations and interface with external systems.
