Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, counseling, or related field; or six years of related experience plus LCDC.
• LCDC license required; valid Texas Driver's License and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Manage client services in line with VOA-TX program requirements and funding.
• Train new counseling staff on treatment program and policies (intake, orientation, treatment plans).
• Provide clinical guidance to counseling staff.
• Report client services weekly.
• Conduct groups and individual counseling as described by the program.
• Attend staffing to assess client progress.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and develop/update treatment plans.
• Conduct weekly client progress assessments.
• Coordinate implementation of family groups.
• Share on-call coverage for weekends and after-hours.
