Job summary

Hackensack MeridianHealth seeks a skilled registered nurse (RN) for a role focusing on inter-facility communication and patient transfer documentation in an acute care setting. The candidate must hold an NJ RN license with BLS certification and preferably a BSN, with experience in transfer centers and critical care environments.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities are essential, as is proficiency with computers and medical terminology.

Qualifications

• RN graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License and BLS AHA Basic Life Support HCP Certification.
• BSN preferred.
• Transfer center experience preferred.
• Critical care and emergency medical services experience preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent communication skills preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable to change preferred.
• Ability to multitask preferred.
