Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a registered nurse with strong experience in critical care or telemetry to join Jersey Shore University Medical Center. The role emphasizes educating high-risk discharge patients and families while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Applicants must hold a valid New Jersey RN license, obtain BLS/CPR within 60 days, and ACLS certification. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, with BSN in progress or willingness to pursue

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required.
• At least 3 years of recent critical care or telemetry experience.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.
