The District Board of Trustees of Pensacola State College, Florida is seeking a qualified individual to manage the Center for Patient Simulation Training. Responsibilities include supervising clinicals, developing curriculum, and ensuring compliance for faculty and students.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in nursing, a current Florida RN license, and at least two years of clinical experience. A competitive salary between $52,800 and $60,000 is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

• Provide overall supervision and management of the Center for Patient Simulation Training.
• Coordinate clinicals for all health-related department programs and assist with allied health and nursing laboratories.
• Assist in developing, promoting, and delivering quality classroom instruction; including curriculum review and development, student recruitment, and academic advising.
• Manage and ensure clinical compliance for faculty and students.
• Assist in course scheduling, ordering books, and requisitioning supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Evaluate program goals for instruction of faculty and students and ensure teaching/learning goals are being achieved.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience in nursing.
• Teaching experience in a practical and/or associate degree nursing program.
• Managerial experience in nursing.
• Successful background check (criminal and drug screening) and FDLE background check requirement.

Salary

Annual salary $52,800 - $60,000.
