Job Summary:

The Clinical Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who preferably has experience in healthcare, elective procedures, and/or an out-of-pocket (non-insurance) medical practice. We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused professional who can effectively educate patients on regenerative medicine treatment options while guiding them through the consultation and treatment process.

The individual will work closely with medical providers, clicic leadership, and patients to ensure an exceptional patient experience from initial consultation through treatment completion. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for presenting treatment recommendations, discussion financial options, overcoming patient objections, and helping patients make informed decisions regarding their care.

Building and maintaining strong patient relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and communication is a critical component of this role. Achieving consultation conversation goals, supporting year-over-year revenue growth, and contributing to overall clinic performance are key expectations. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills, a passion for helping patients, and a proven ability to achieve results in a patient-centered sales environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand the physiology for each treatment offered and effectively explain treatment recommendations as prescribed by the medical provider.
  • Present details for recommended procedures and treatment plans as outlined by the medical provider.
  • Present financial breakdowns, financing options, and payment solutions to patients.
  • Achieve and maintain a minimum baseline consultation conversion rate of 50% while effectively managing consultation volume and meeting established clinic performance expectations.
  • Build trust and rapport with patients while guiding them through the consultation treatment process.
  • Perform patient outreach, lead follow-up, and reactivation efforts to support patient engagement and clinic growth.
  • Work closely with medical providers, clinic leadership, and the marketing department to optimize patient acquisition and conversion efforts.
  • Achieve year-over-year sales growth and contribute to increasing clinic revenue across assigned Colorado clinic locations.
  • Understand the importance of timely lead follow-up, consistent patient communication, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, consultation notes, and follow-up activities within designated systems.
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience by delivering outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the patient journey.
  • Collaborate with team members across Colorado clinic locations to support operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall clinic performance.
  • Participate in community outreach, marketing initiatives, and clinic events to promote practice growth and brand awareness.
  • Uphold QC Kinetix standards for professionalism, patient care, and confidentiality.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively build trust and rapport with patients.
  • Ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and staff in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of clinical operations, reiterative medicine procedures, and patient care processes preferred.
  • Understanding of legal and ethical standards related to the delivery of medical care.
  • Proven ability to educate patients, overcome objections, and guide patients through the consultation and decision-making process.
  • Strong sales, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with various computer systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to overall clinic and team goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance expectations and achieve established conversion goals.
