Job summary

Prince Health is a patient-centered functional and regenerative medicine practice seeking a Clinic Assistant to support both clinical and operational success. You will greet patients, room them for exams, document interactions, and educate on treatment plans while maintaining HIPAA and a clean, efficient space.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proven, stable work history demonstrating reliability and performance.
  • Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, chiropractic, regenerative medicine, or a high-touch clinical environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle responsibility and work independently.
  • Strong references reflecting work ethic, initiative, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally greet and support patients throughout their care experience.
  • Room patients and assist providers during exams and procedures.
  • Accurately document patient interactions in the EMR.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, supplements, therapies, and next steps (as directed).
  • Manage patient communication (phone, text, email) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain organized, efficient, and clean clinical spaces.
  • Support care plans, follow-up scheduling, and continuity of care.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and clinical best practices at all times.
  • Provide clear therapy, exercise, and stretch instructions.
  • Take X-rays (training provided).
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively improve systems.
  • Support both clinical and administrative operations as needed.

Education & Experience Requirements
