Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of individualized treatment programs for children with autism.
• Manage direct therapy staff and supervising BCBAs.
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with families to support skill generalization across settings.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics standards and HIPAA guidelines.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic staff operations and budgets.
