Job summary

Jobtailor in Port Arthur, TX is seeking an experienced RN for lead outpatient dialysis care, coordinating patient care plans and supervising clinical staff in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will build strong relationships with patients and families, ensure safe dialysis delivery, and demonstrate ongoing commitment to high standards of care and safety. ADN required; BSN preferred; CPR and RN license current.

Qualifications

• RN with dialysis experience or 18+ months of RN work in the past year.
• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs.
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease.

Requirements

• 18+ months of RN experience
• 6+ months of dialysis experience with patient interaction in the last year
• Current RN license

• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays
