Job summary

Jobtailor in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced RN to deliver life-saving care in an outpatient dialysis center. You will coordinate care plans, supervise clinical staff, and ensure safe dialysis delivery with a compassionate approach.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with CPR, have dialysis experience, and are ready for Charge RN responsibilities. ADN is required and BSN is preferred; ICU/ER/Med/Surg experience is a plus. Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of RN experience.
• 6+ months of dialysis experience with patient interaction in the last year.
• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• Charge RN readiness approval required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.
• Ability to work consistent, predictable schedules, typically 3 to 4 days per week, including early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays.
