Job Details

The Clinical Coordinator assists the program director in clinical and administrative responsibilities for the operation of the EMCP Outpatient Psychiatry Program. This includes managing all clinicians within the EMCP Outpatient Behavioral Health Department. The role involves supervising social work interns, Recovery and Peer Specialists, and providing clinical services to a diverse age population, including children, adolescents, adults, middle-aged, and geriatric patients, with an understanding of their developmental stages.

Job Description

Essential Functions

1. Assist the Program Director in supervision and management of the Outpatient Department.
2. Participate in Quality Assurance and Improvement activities.
3. Provide evaluation and psychotherapy services.
4. Supervise interns and Recovery/Peer Specialists weekly, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback.
5. Assist in preparing the outpatient center for regulatory inspections.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
