The Clinical Coordinator assists the program director in clinical and administrative responsibilities for the operation of the EMCP Outpatient Psychiatry Program. This includes managing all clinicians within the EMCP Outpatient Behavioral Health Department. The role involves supervising social work interns, Recovery and Peer Specialists, and providing clinical services to a diverse age population, including children, adolescents, adults, middle-aged, and geriatric patients, with an understanding of their developmental stages.
Master’s Degree and licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPC); at least two years of management and supervision experience.
LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required.
Day shift, full-time position located at 5501 Old York Road, Philadelphia, PA.
