This full-time role focuses on staff development, quality scores, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with physicians, social workers, and nursing staff. Hybrid schedule: four days onsite, one day remote.

The Clinical Team Manager serves as a leader and resource for the clinical team on a day to day basis. This role is responsible for coordinating high quality patient care using an interdisciplinary team approach. The Clinical Team Manager is responsible for the patient satisfaction and quality scores of the team, financial performance, adherence to regulations and policies/procedures, and the development of staff. The Clinical Team Manager promotes a constructive, professional working environment where collaboration, team work and innovation are expected. The Clinical Team Manager ensures that By the Bay Health standards and ethics are consistently upheld.
Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm
Hybrid; 4 days a week onsite required, 1 day remote

$130K - $162K annually
