Job summary

Altasciences seeks a Contracts Coordinator to generate client and vendor contracts, including SOWs, TOROs, and amendments, coordinating with Contracts, Business Development, Project Management, Operations, and Finance. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.

Fortified by a collaborative culture, you will support CDAs and MSAs, participate in process improvements, and help ensure high-quality agreements across projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Understand quotations and clinical terms related to contract documents.
• Maintain documentation using the CRM and related systems.
• Support CDAs, MSAs, and other agreements; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
