• JD degree with active bar admission and current license.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating high volumes of US and ex-US clinical trial agreements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with clarity, accuracy, and conciseness in work.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Adaptability and efficiency in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist and take direction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and execute clinical trial agreements globally.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical contracting team.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings as needed.
• Implement and manage analytics and metrics reporting for clinical agreements.
• Manage data points from email reviews and maintain central inbox filing.
• Organize and file clinical agreements and amendments in SharePoint.
• Track and manage the execution process of clinical agreements, including DocuSign and hard copy handling.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the clinical contracting team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage data and reporting processes, and oversee the organization and tracking of clinical agreements. This role is integral to advancing clinical trial pipelines and includes administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar admittance and current license.
