Job summary

Cottage Health is seeking a Clinical Concierge (Medical Assistant/X-ray Technician) for Cottage Urgent Care in Santa Barbara. You will support front and back office tasks, assist providers, and help manage patient flow to improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or 2 years of equivalent work experience and completion of a X-ray Technician program
• Knowledge of urgent care medical specialty and medical terminology
• Experience with electronic health records, preferably Epic
• Basic computer and email skills required

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect payments, room patients, and assist providers and staff
• Discharge patients and arrange follow up to maximize patient experience
• Work front and back office duties as needed in outpatient management
