Under supervision, you will develop programs, track documentation, and collaborate with faculty, staff, and clinical partners to strengthen compliance and training across clinical learning sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of experience in compliance coordination, management or related areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with clinical compliance documentation and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup, implement, and maintain the compliance database platform.
• Manage clinical compliance for faculty, staff and students.
• Coordinate systems for checks and balances to assess compliance consistency.
