Job summary

DaMar Staffing is seeking a Clinical Coder to code inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring timely and accurate coding of unbilled records within our Vermont-based team.

The role includes assessing documentation adequacy to support diagnoses, procedures, complications, and co-morbid conditions, with CPC certification and ICD-10 knowledge required. A hybrid/remote schedule may be available after training; prior coding experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Clinical Coder

The Clinical Coder is responsible for coding inpatient and outpatient services as required to ensure timely and accurate coding of unbilled records. There is a possibility of a hybrid/remote schedule once trained. Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification and ICD 10 required. Experience in medical coding preferred but not required.
