St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to plan, coordinate, direct and evaluate daily unit operations, guiding the unit-based team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care across our campuses.

The role emphasizes staffing based on patient needs, collaboration with physicians and staff, and participation in performance improvement activities, with required RN licensure in NJ or PA and BLS. This position is based in the network's New Jersey/Pennsylvania locations.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in NJ or PA, depending on work location.
• Minimum 2–5 years nursing experience in a unit specialty preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, directs, and evaluates daily operations for the unit.
• Manages staffing based on patient care needs and unit priorities.
• Maintains departmental records for admin and regulatory purposes.
• Facilitates staff education, orientation, competency, and in-services.
• Supports hiring and counseling of staff and participates in performance reviews.
• Oversees budget-adherent daily operations and patient care planning.
