Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license; CCM certification required at hire or within two years.
• Knowledge of health insurance and state mandated benefits; experience in case management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Travel approximately 5% of the time.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
