Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support including taking patient vitals and performing phlebotomy.
• Coordinate laboratory and diagnostic tests communicating with patients.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out and ensure revenue cycle processes.

Skills

Medical terminology knowledge

Experience with electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)

Knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, and ICD-10 coding

Third-party reimbursement knowledge
