Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the interprofessional team in delivering patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Performs patient data management, transcription, order entry, and documentation.
• Supports resource management of equipment, supplies, and department resources.
• Under supervision, develops higher-level clinical competencies such as EKG, lift team, and other specialized skills.
• Greets and communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff; ensures timely responses to patient needs.
